Esta banda se formó en el año 2008 en Long Island,New York (Estados Unidos).
Son dificiles de definir musicalmente. Mezclan el MetalCore,Death Metal Progresivo y Metal Experimental.
Han grabado dos discos. "2010 Demo" en 2010,que és una compilación de material de demos,y "Ever Forthright" en 2011.
La formación es: Chris Barretto (voces)(ex-Periphery),Nick Llerandi y Billy Anderson (guitarras),Jon Llerandi (bajo),Jerad Lippi (bateria) y Kevin Theodore (teclados).
