H.E.A.T es una banda de Upplands-Väsby (Suecia). Tocan Hard Rock y se formaron en 2007.
La formación actual es: Erik Grönwall (voz) el cuál ganó el concurso Swedish Idol en 2009. Eric Rivers (guitarras),Jimmy Jay (bajo),Jona Tee (teclados) y Crash (bateria).
Los dos primeros LPs los grabó el ex-cantante  Kenny Leckremo.
Tienen cuatro albums. "H.E.A.T" 2008,"Freedom Rock" 2010,"Adress The Nation" 2012 y "Tearing Down The Walls" 2014.
Están fichados por la compañia discográfica Ear Music.
