Se formaron en 1995,y desde entonces han realizado ocho discos oficiales.
La banda actualmente son: los miembros fundadores John Henry (voces) y Mike Schleibaum (guitarras).
Desde 2008 Michael Carrigan (guitarras). Desde 2011 Aaron Deal (bajo),y desde 2013 Travis Orbin (bateria)(ex-Periphery).
