Unexpect es una banda de Avant-Garde/Metal Progresivo formada en Montreal,Quebéc (Canadá) en 1996.
Tienen editados tres LPs y un EP hasta la fecha. Su música és una amalgama de diferentes estilos.
La actual formación es: Leilindel (cantante),Syriak y Artagoth (guitarras y voces),Chaoth (bajo de 9 cuerdas),Landryx (bateria) y Blaise Borboen-Leonard (violin).
