Este es el proyecto en solitario de el cantante Sebastian Philip Bierk alias Sebastian Bach (Peterborough,Canadá - 3 Abril 1968).
Esta banda de Heavy Metal/Hard Rock se formó en Lincroft,New Jersey (Estados Unidos) en 1997.
Ellos han editado tres discos de estudio. "Give 'Em Hell" de 2015,és el último.
Están fichados por el sello Frontiers Records.
