Karen Lynn Greening alias Lee Aaron (21,Julio,1962 - Belleville,Canadá),es una cantante de Hard Rock.
Empezó su carrera en 1982,con su primer disco titulado "The Lee Aaron Project".
Su álbum más éxitoso fue "Bodyrock" de 1989,de cuál vendió más de 200.000 copias.
A finales de los '90 comenzó a experimentar con el Jazz,que és el estilo que canta actualmente.
Ha realizado 11 discos de estudio a lo largo de su carrera.
