 The Darkness is a Hard/Glam Rock band.
They were formed in Lowestoft,Suffolk-England (United Kingdom).
They were founded in the year 2000 and disbanded in 2006. Since 2011 they are in active again.
They have released 4 studio albums,2 EP's,and 2 compilations during their career.
The first album "Permission To Land" has sold over than 4 million copies worldwide .
They are signed by the label Atlantic Records.
