FRAIL GROUNDS

Frail Grounds is a Progressive Power Metal band.
They were formed in 2005 in Lillestrom (Norway).
They have released an EP in 2008 and a studio album in 2012.

Erik Fidgett (guitars)
Thomas Oppedal (bass)
Magnus Nodset (drums)
