Andromeda se formaron en Malmö (Suecia) en 1999.
Ellos tocan Metal Progresivo y han grabado cinco albums de estudio,un EP y un DVD en directo.
Sus letras hablan sobre la vida,emociones,politica o sociedad.
Su formación actual es: Johan Reinholdz (guitarras),Thomas Lejon (bateria),Martin Hedin (teclados),David Fremberg (voces) y Linus Abrahamson (bajo).
Están fichados por el sello discográfico Inner Wound Records.
