Y & T (Yesterday And Today) es una banda de Hard Rock/Heavy Metal de Oakland,California (Estados Unidos).
El guitarrista y cantante Dave Meniketti (12 Dic,1953),formó en 1974 esta banda.
El resto de miembros actualmente son: John Nyman (guitarra),Brad Long (bajo) y Mike Vandehule (bateria).
Han grabado doce discos de estudio,el último "Facemelter" en 2010,de los cuales han vendido cerca de cuatro millones hasta la fecha.
